Our History

Established by Kara Helta in 2007, My New Braunfels Vacation has grown from a small portfolio of properties to become one of the largest vacation property management companies in the New Braunfels area. Starting a company from a home office, Kara Helta operated My New Braunfels Vacation independently with one maintenance man and cleaned the vacation rentals herself. Fast-forward to today and My New Braunfels Vacation currently employs 10 individuals, has an in-house cleaning company, and an office located in the heart of downtown New Braunfels. Though we are always looking ahead, we can’t help but reminisce on where we came from and the journey we have been on to get to where we are today!
