Cliffside Inn 'Guest House' is complete with a full kitchen, appliances, central a/c, and much more! With three Queen beds and three Queen futons, you can sleep up to 12 guests at this property.

It is the LOWER LEVEL of the Cliffside House, in which both (Main & Guest) can be rented separately or together. Guests can enjoy prime access to the Guadalupe River ‘Chute’ right across the street. Perfect place to play with the family or sit and watch tubers float down the river.

Renting party must be 23 or older.
Maximum one guest per bedroom for long-term stays (28+ days).
$500 security deposit is required to reserve a property and can be used to cover any damages.
Security deposit will be refunded within 5 business days after departure.
Full rental payment is due at least 15 days prior to arrival.
Check-in at 4pm or later. Check out by 11am. You may call ahead to see if early check-in is available at an additional rate.
Cancellation refunds (less 15% service fee) will only be provided if property is able to be re-rented for the term you had reserved.
Refunds are not provided for early departures or due to inclement weather that results in recreational facilities (Comal River, Guadalupe River, Schlitterbahn, etc.) being unavailable for use.
