Peaceful Pines features a large area for guests to relax indoors with 55-inch TV/DVD, couch, 2 recliners, swivel-rocker, and dining table.
Take in the stunning sunsets on one of the 2 wrap-around decks with plenty of chairs, a grill, and lots of wildlife to enjoy.
Located only 3 miles from the base of Ski Apache and 2 miles from downtown!
UPSTAIRS: 1 king and 1 queen bedroom with a bathroom for each bedroom.
DOWNSTAIRS: A full bed with bath and sitting area. Downstairs bedroom also has a private entrance to the lower deck and access to the upstairs living area from an inside "mudroom" spiral staircase.
OUTDOORS; 2 wrap-around decks with plenty of chairs, a grill, and lots of wildlife to enjoy. Located only 3 miles from the base of Ski Apache and 2 miles from downtown, guests can enjoy restaurants, shopping, casinos, racetrack, or hiking, biking, fishing, skiing and golfing . A perfect get away, something for everyone!
OTHER FEATURES: full size washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, DVD and Satellite service, all linens/paper products/and soap furnished (no hair products included), ceiling fans in each room, newly installed Split AC unit, baseboard heating and local telephone service.

SKIING | SNOW BOARDING The Cabin is located 3 miles from the base of the Ski Apache and 2 miles from drive-up and 2 miles from snow tubing.
VILLAGE We are located in Ruidoso Village, with breathtaking views of the forest and Sierra Blanca Mountains.
MOUNTAIN The cabin is located in the Sierra Blanca Mountains, across the road from The Lincoln National Forest. The Apache Ski area road is only 3miles from the cabin and The Inn of The Mountain Gods Hotel/ golf and Casino are only a 10 mile drive. LAKE Alto Lake is fabulous for hiking, lava rock waterfall formations, and wildlife sightings. Grindstone Lake is wonderful for water park, and horseback riding. TOWN Fabulous restaurants and shopping, local art , live music and great coffee shops!
DOWNTOWN Only 3 miles from the heart of downtown with shopping, dining, and live music at some locations.

- $25% of the total is required to reserve a property. The remaining balance will automatically process 15 days prior to your arrival..
- Check-in at 4pm or later. Check out by 11am. You may call ahead to see if early check-in is available at an additional rate.
- Cancellation refunds (less 15% service fee) will only be provided if property is able to be re-rented for the term you had reserved.
- Refunds are not provided for early departures or due to inclement weather that results in recreational facilities.
- Please review additional policies regarding safety, parking, guest tags, wristbands, etc., upon check-in (will send separate property policy email via DocuSign as we get closer to your dates).
