Our Tiki Lodges are the biggest houses on property. Each Lodge is a 3bed/3bath, 2-car garage, full kitchen, laundry room, and futons. Custom rope lighting surrounds the private balconies and outdoor areas.

Every unit at Tiki on the Guadalupe shares a unique riverfront and common area. On the river, a custom stone patio with concrete bulkhead fronts the length of our property. Complete with lounging chairs and stairs descending into the river, this frontage is unlike any other on the river.

Just above the patio is a two-tier common area that includes: a fire pit, grilling area, outdoor flat screen television, hammock chairs, outdoor speakers, outdoor patio furniture, and much more.

No Smoking allowed inside any of our properties.
Renting party must be 23 or older.
Maximum one guest per bedroom for long-term stays (28+ days).
$500 security deposit is required to reserve a property and can be used to cover any damages.
Security deposit will be refunded within 5 business days after departure.
Full rental payment is due at least 15 days prior to arrival.
Check-in at 4pm or later. Check out by 11am. You may call ahead to see if early check-in is available at an additional rate.
Cancellation refunds (less 15% service fee) will only be provided if property is able to be re-rented for the term you had reserved.
Refunds are not provided for early departures or due to inclement weather that results in recreational facilities (Comal River, Guadalupe River, Schlitterbahn, etc.) being unavailable for use.
